About Coach Deb



Coach Deb, a native of Fredericksburg, Virginia, graduated summa cum laude from James Madison University (JMU) in 1987 with a B.S. degree in Computer Science. She began her employment with the Federal Government in 1981 as a high school student apprentice, worked her way through college as a cooperative education student, and began a career in software and database development after graduation. She has over 11 years of experience in supervisory leadership, through which she gained practical experience in professional and personal coaching. Coach Deb is currently seeking accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
